1.We don’t accpet any dispute about the following reasons:

(1)The motherboard is used,old or second hand.

As we all known,the motherboard is disassembled from original and official machine which is used, not new, but everyone is tested well before shipping.

(2)The motherboard is out of work after upgraded/updated by the buyer.

We suggest you wouldn’t upgrade randomly which is unpredictable,especially for low-level configuration models.

We updated the newer and safer version for you when test.

(3)The motherboard is damaged or non-functional after the buyer’s wrong installation.

Please install and test by the professional person if you don’t know how to deal with the board after you receive it.

Shipment & Delivery

We currently ship our product to all over the world,except for APO/FPO using trusted third party courier services.

The delivery time that it takes to receive your order is dependent on 2 factors: the delivery method you choose and the order fulfillment period.Please note that we do our best to make sure you receive your order timely.

Warranty

2.Since you get the parcel,

If you state the issue within 7 days and can’t sovle the issue in your local after the offered solutions,you can ship it back to exchange or refund.

If you state the issue during 7-90 days,you can ship it back to try to repair and pay the repair cost when it’s fixed done.

As shown in the return policy: please note that in case of return, the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to the seller.(except the “Free Return” order)

3.All items must be returned in their original conditions (with our warranty sticker and original packing).Resending or Refund will be processed AFTER we have received and confirmed your parcel.
